I’ve launched this site to provide you with an insight into my career, my life and to share my experiences with you on this incredible journey that I’m on!

I am passionate about sport and the benefits it can bring to individuals, groups and communities – both in my home country the UK, and around the globe. I believe even the smallest positive actions can reap rewards; not only for ourselves, our family and friends, but the wider world and especially those who are less fortunate than us.
